My Dog, Moss

“Evocative, heartfelt, and tenderly told… Bellringer captures the raw beauty of solitude, loyalty, and love in this moving tale. Set against the rugged backdrop of the rolling countryside, the story follows Jayden King, a hardworking farmer whose world changes after he finds a stray dog caught in a fence. A single act of compassion binds man and dog in lasting friendship. Together, they build a life of meaning and purpose. But a looming danger threatens to tear it all apart. Bellringer writes with a quiet grace that draws readers in. Rather than relying on flourish or high drama, she lets emotion rise naturally through simple, sincere moments. The dialogue feels real, the pacing unhurried, and the feelings genuine. Her empathy shines through—not only for her characters but also for the land they inhabit, the creatures that share it, and the small acts of care that make life meaningful. At its heart, this is a story about faith, endurance, and friendship, a reminder that love, whether human or canine, has the power to heal what grief has broken. Libraries seeking heartfelt, animal-centered stories will find this a worthy addition to their collections.” – Prairies Book Review, 2025
Surprise at the Beach

“A man, a dog, and a kitten come together in Bellringer’s playful novella… Luke Garrick is a builder by trade who likes to take his rescue dog Buddy to the local beach; Buddy gets his kicks chasing after seagulls. One day, there is a surprise: Buddy comes across a kitten among the dunes… A fun, if minimally dramatic, tale of human and animal bonding.” – Kirkus Review, 2024
The Bronson Escapades

“The Bronson Escapades is a warm, lively collection that captures the everyday magic of childhood with an easy charm and a strong sense of voice. Alison Bellringer writes with playful confidence that makes the Bronson children feel immediately real, each one distinct, memorable, and wonderfully flawed. The tone is conversational without feeling careless, and the humor lands naturally, often through small observations and character interactions. A major strength is the book’s ability to find adventure in ordinary moments. The pacing keeps things moving, the dialogue feels organic, and the setting provides a cozy backdrop that invites readers to linger. There’s a reassuring sense that curiosity, imagination, and sibling dynamics are just as compelling as grand plot twists, which makes the book especially engaging for its intended audience… The Bronson Escapades is a delightful read that balances humor, heart, and personality, offering a story world that feels welcoming, familiar, and genuinely fun to spend time in.” – Next Best Read, 2025
The Wolf Cub

“Reminiscent of old fairy tales, The Wolf Cub is about trust, nurturing, and caring for those around us… A kind, sensitive, and curious protagonist, Lewis is the perfect hero for a story about animal friendships… Most importantly, the story models kindness and acceptance on every page, assisting readers to imagine a world in which real-life problems can have happy—and even magical—endings… The Wolf Cub is a gentle, sweet story about friendship and kindness, great for teaching readers about community and care.” – The Children’s Book Review, 2024
Whisper (Book One)

“Whisper is one of the best books I’ve ever read! The story is exciting, sad, and sometimes even scary, but it also has moments that make you feel hopeful. The beginning of the book grabbed my attention right away… The writing is really good because it makes you see and feel everything so clearly… the descriptions pull you right into the story. It’s not just a sad book, though—there’s adventure, friendship, and moments of happiness that make it really special… I would recommend Whisper to anyone who loves stories about courage, animals, and finding hope in tough situations. It’s an unforgettable book, and I think a lot of kids my age would love it…” – Charlotte: City Book Review (Kids’ Book Buzz), 2024
Footprints in the Snow

“Footprints in the Snow is a delightful short story. While it’s written for children between the ages of nine and eleven years of age, adults will find it very entertaining. We meet our main characters, Mack and Katrina, doing what most children do—not listening to their parents. In this case, a (supposed) shortcut through the woods to get home from a party proves to be the wrong move. Mack hurts his arm when they flee from a mountain lion. Would they actually enter the forest again? Alison Bellringer has created a cast of characters that sprang to life. The friendship between Mack and Katrina was sweet and tender. Mack’s courage and his determination to do the right thing was admirable. I loved Mrs. Owens, Mack’s mom. Her frustration with her son was evident, but you could tell she loved him very much. A refreshing story, Footprints in the Snow is well-written, perfectly paced, with an absolutely perfect ending. It would be a great book for the entire family to read together. I highly recommend it.” – N. N. Light’s Book Heaven, 2025
The Horses of Saddlers Ranch: Cloud (Book One)

“...Cloud (Book One) will resonate most with readers aged nine to thirteen who are drawn to animal-centred fiction grounded in realism rather than fantasy. It’s ideal for horse enthusiasts who enjoy the detail of grooming, feeding, and ranch work, as well as for parents and teachers seeking stories that model empathy, responsibility, and the consequences of impulsive choices. Fans of series such as Heartland, Canterwood Crest, or Chestnut Hill will recognise the same mix of friendship, moral lessons, and equine adventure told with warmth and restraint. A warm, sincere story about friendship, rules, and everyday ranch life. Bellringer avoids sentimentality and writes from a practical, compassionate viewpoint that young readers will understand. The result is a calm, rewarding opening to a new horse-centred series.” – BookViral Reviews, 2025
